I have recently had one of my old email addresses hacked and had the password changed. The alias email and security question would not work. I then was asked to verify account information with a number of listed personal details.
However, when I click on 'Submit' on the end of the form, nothing happens. Does this mean that your team have received the form? Should it be notifying me if your team have received my form?
Would appreciate help.
