I am having so much trouble accessing my old email account as I have forgotten the password. I have attempted the account recovery requests several times and have failed every time. I cannot remember my security question, I don't have a recovery code and
I certainly can't remember the recently sent emails/ contacts as the account hasn't been accessed for years. I have filled out forms, emailed and talked on live chat. I have also filled out the form for Microsoft Account Support and I've just been told to
make a new account (that is not the issue!). Can someone please help me? I desperately need to get into this account!
